Terms of Service

1. The service

OpenLLMBuddy provides access to unrestricted open-weight models for lawful use only, through:

• Agent Buddy — a fixed monthly subscription (currently $100/mo where offered) for text and agentic workloads via an OpenAI-compatible API, including routing for agents such as Hermes Agent and OpenClaw.
• Self Deploy GPU — pay-by-the-hour GPU instances and templates so you can run open text, agentic, image, and video models under your own configuration and tear them down when finished.

Features, pricing, free allowances, and limits may change. Checkout, invoices, and in-product plan pages control the commercial terms of a specific purchase.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform security, billing integrity, or other users.

3. Lawful use & acceptable use

OpenLLMBuddy is not a service for illegal activity. You may only use the platform for purposes that are lawful in your jurisdiction and that respect third-party rights. Without limitation, you must not use the service to:

• Commit, plan, or facilitate crimes, fraud, or unauthorized access to systems you do not own or lack permission to test
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal sexual content
• Violate export controls, sanctions, or applicable AI and content laws
• Attack, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure or other customers
• Misrepresent OpenLLMBuddy outputs as human-authored where disclosure is required

Authorized security testing, red-team research, mature creative work you own rights to, and similar professional uses are allowed only when they are lawful and properly scoped (for example, you own or have written permission for the target system). You are solely responsible for obtaining those rights and permissions.

4. Your content & model outputs

You retain rights to prompts, files, and configurations you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. Model outputs are generated by software; you are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use them. Open-weight model licenses may impose additional conditions — you must comply with those licenses when you Self Deploy or redistribute model weights.

5. Billing

Agent Buddy subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until canceled. Self Deploy GPU is billed by usage (hourly or pack) as shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written refund policy. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, templates, or integrations with notice where practical. Third-party GPU, payment, and model providers can affect availability outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Models may refuse, hallucinate, or produce incorrect or harmful content even when used lawfully. See our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOT BUDDY LLP and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel subscriptions as offered in the console. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Sections that by nature should survive (including lawful use, liability limits, and governing law) continue after termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
