Lawful use only
OpenLLMBuddy provides tools to run unrestricted open-weight models through Agent Buddy and Self Deploy GPU. The platform is intended for lawful use only. We do not authorize, encourage, or assist illegal activity. Marketing examples that mention security testing, mature creative work, research, or automation assume you have the legal right and permission to perform those tasks. You alone are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Not a jailbreak or evasion service
OpenLLMBuddy is a control layer for open models you choose to run under your account — not a product designed to bypass another provider’s safety systems for unlawful ends. Comparisons to cloud refusals illustrate product capability for lawful workloads; they are not invitations to violate another service’s terms or the law.
AI outputs are unreliable
Language, agent, image, and video models can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsafe. Outputs may look authoritative while being false. Do not rely on model output as professional legal, medical, financial, security, or engineering advice without independent verification by a qualified human. You assume all risk for decisions made using outputs from Agent Buddy or Self Deploy workloads.
Agent Buddy
Agent Buddy may plan multi-step tool use against targets and data you configure. You must only point agents at systems and data you own or are authorized to access. We are not liable for damage caused by agent actions you initiate, misconfigured credentials, or scripts generated or executed through the API.
Self Deploy GPU
On Self Deploy, you choose models, prompts, and software on rented hardware. You are responsible for securing endpoints, rotating keys, complying with model licenses, and destroying instances when finished. We are not responsible for content generated on your GPU, data left on an instance you failed to tear down, or third-party model behavior.
No warranty of results
We do not warrant that any model will accept a given prompt, complete a job, match a marketing demo, or meet a particular quality bar. Demos on the marketing site (including refusal/accept comparisons) are illustrative and may use sample media.
Third parties
GPU providers, payment processors, model authors, and integration partners are independent of BOT BUDDY LLP. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Links and integration guides are for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
